We have recently been working with a large national housing association at a location in Norwich. The development houses a number of flats and the residents have reported repeated incidents of anti-social behaviour in the estate, including drug-dealing, loud music, homeless people sleeping in communal areas and late night shouting.
We now deploy 2 operatives on a daily basis to provide a reassuring presence and to record any incidents which occur. We liaise directly with the Safer Neighbourhood team from Norfolk police as well as the council and the housing association.
