Coronavirus Shutdown business security in Norwich

Following the announcement tonight (Monday 23rd March 2020) from Prime Minister Boris Johnson all non-essential businesses must close. This is to prevent the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

Security of business premises has never been more important than now!

With little notice given there is a high likelihood that your business will in essence be abandoned as it was when you closed it today at the end of trading. Your stock will be where it was, your computer equipment and other business media will be where it was and you will be at risk of theft, damage and arson.

Security of a necessary, critical and essential nature mean that licensed SIA staff are keyworkers as defined in the 8 broad categories.

Alarm response, burglar or fire, is critical as this wastes the resources of emergency services and lives may be at risk (fire).

Therefore we are now preparing to mobilise additional vehicles to provide alarm response services in Norwich. Due to the climate we are cutting our annual keyholding fee from £292 to £100 with immediate effect. Additionally all call-outs will be billed at the reduced rate of £20/hr or part thereof.
